USING THIS WEBSITE
Terms of Service.
These terms describe the use of the WiseByDesign AI LLC website, its forms, and its educational materials. Paid services are covered by a separate agreement.
Information and examples
This website introduces our AI consulting, implementation, training, and speaking services. Educational content and illustrative examples help explain possible approaches. They are not promises of specific results or professional legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
Your business assessment
The online assessment gathers information about your business and provides general starting tips based on your selected priority. It is not a tailored business audit, a scored evaluation, or a completed AI roadmap. A detailed review, recommendations, and implementation plan require a separately agreed engagement. Review any AI-assisted output before relying on it in your business.
Inquiries, calls, and paid services
Submitting an inquiry or assessment, or requesting a call, does not purchase services or commit you to a project. We discuss the fit and agree on the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and any payment or cancellation terms separately before paid work begins. The website does not promise a particular financial, operational, or other business outcome.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Please leave out passwords, payment details, confidential client records, and sensitive personal information. Use the forms for legitimate inquiries; do not submit spam, malicious files or links, or content intended to disrupt the website or harm others.
Contact permission on a form allows us to respond about your request. It does not enroll you in a newsletter or a text-message marketing campaign. Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles the information you provide.
Website materials
You may view the website and save the assessment copy provided to you for your own business planning. Please contact us before reproducing or repackaging WiseByDesign AI’s original presentations, written materials, or brand assets for publication, resale, or use in your own training. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
Other services
The website uses a GrowthHub365 inquiry form and links to services including Calendly and LinkedIn. Your use of those services is also subject to their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or changes to their features.
Updates and availability
We may update website content, features, and these terms as our services change. The date below identifies the latest revision. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Contact us to confirm details relevant to a proposed engagement.
